These terms govern how you use the Mare Forum website and how you book and attend our events. They sit alongside our ticketing policy and privacy notice. By registering or browsing, you agree to them.
These terms apply between you and Mare Forum whenever you use this website or register for one of our events. If you book for others, you confirm you have their authority and accept these terms on their behalf.
“Mare Forum”, “we” and “us” mean Mare Forum B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 24311392, VAT number NL809185015B01, with its registered office at Voorhaven 23A, 3025 HC Rotterdam, the Netherlands. A contract forms once we confirm your registration in writing. How confirmation works, and what your pass includes, is set out in our ticketing policy.
Fees are quoted exclusive of VAT where it applies and are payable by card at checkout, or — where an invoice has been requested — on receipt of invoice and before the event. Full payment terms are in the ticketing policy.
Cancellations, substitutions, transfers and refunds — by you or by us — are governed by our ticketing policy, which forms part of these terms.
Use this site for your own information and to book events. Please don’t misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
The Mare Forum name, logo, programmes, written content and event photography belong to Mare Forum or our partners and may not be reused without permission.
We ask delegates to behave professionally and with respect. We may decline entry to, or remove, anyone whose conduct is unlawful or disruptive, without refund.
To the extent the law allows, our liability in connection with an event is limited to the fee you paid. We are not liable for travel, accommodation or indirect losses, nor for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
We handle your personal data as described in our privacy notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the courts of Rotterdam have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you book applies to that booking.
