How Mare Forum works — attending, speaking, partnering and the webinar series.

Who attends a Mare Forum?

Senior maritime decision-makers — shipowners, financiers, charterers, class societies, regulators and yards. Forums are designed for people who shape decisions, not for a general audience.

How do I get a place?

Every forum sells a limited number of delegate places. Choose the forum, add a delegate place to your basket and pay by card at checkout; you will receive confirmation from delegate services. If you would rather be invoiced, email tickets@mareforum.com.

Can I speak or propose a panel?

Yes. We build agendas around real debate, and we welcome speaker and session proposals. Write to programme@mareforum.com with a short note on the topic and the forum you have in mind.

What is the difference between the forums and the webinars?

The in-person forums are full working sessions held in cities worldwide. The webinar series brings the same standard of debate online between editions, and is open to the Mare Forum membership.

How does sponsorship work?

Sponsors earn a genuine place in the programme rather than a banner. Global, lead and media packages are available — see the sponsorship page or email partners@mareforum.com.

Do you run private or bespoke events?

Yes — through our consultancy practice we design, chair and convene bespoke sessions for owners, banks and industry bodies. See the consultancy page to discuss a brief.
