Will Jenkins

William (Will) E. Jenkins was President of SeaRiver Maritime, Inc., ExxonMobil's US-flag shipping affiliate in Houston, and Chairman of the Board of International Marine Transportation Limited, ExxonMobil's UK affiliate. In 2009 he joined the Board of Trustees of the Coast Guard Foundation and in 2012 became its Treasurer.

He holds master's degrees in finance and in safety management from the University of Arizona and a bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University.

He gave the keynote at Mare Forum USA in 2006 and 2008.
