Stephanie Leow is Managing Director & Regional Head, Transportation Finance at Standard Chartered Bank, based in Hong Kong. She has spoken on ship finance in Asia, including on the “Finance Options in China and Broader Asia” panel at Marine Money’s 2023 Hong Kong Ship Finance Forum.

She is a panellist in Session 2, “Capital Strategies: Where Smart Money Moves Next”, at the 6th Mare Forum Hong Kong 2026.
