Stefanos Fragos has been Chief Executive Officer of Allied Shipbroking since February 2025. He previously led the corporate finance division in Greece at Braemar, and before that established and headed the ship lending business at YieldStreet, focused on small to mid-sized shipowners. He spent five years at ship lender DVB, managing term loan origination and portfolio management for international shipowners.
He holds BSc and MSc degrees in Marine Engineering from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and an MSc in Shipping, Trade & Finance from Bayes Business School.
He spoke at eight Mare Forum events between 2020 and 2026, including the 4th Mare Forum Mykonos, the 9th Mare Forum Istanbul and the 23rd Mare Forum Greece, and moderated a webinar on trends shaping short sea shipping finance.
