Reinhard Lüken

Reinhard Lüken was Managing Director of the German Shipbuilding and Ocean Industries Association (VSM) at the time of his Mare Forum appearances. He has spoken publicly on behalf of German shipyards, including on the case for a strategic 'Buy European' policy and the risks Asian shipbuilding subsidies pose to German yards.

He has spoken at Mare Forum's European Maritime Research Policy Conference, Europort Maritime 2005, and the 1st Mare Forum Germany in 2026.
