Ralph Leszczynski

Ralph Leszczynski is in charge of the research and studies department at Banchero Costa, the Italian shipbroking and shipping services group. Born in Gdynia, Poland, and raised in Italy and Britain, he graduated in Economics and Statistics from University College London and holds a Master's degree in Financial Management from ESC Rouen, France. In 2001, Ralph joined Banchero Costa's ship finance and research department in Genoa, advising clients on financial structures and solutions, shipping market analysis and forecasting. Since 2005 he has headed the group's research activities, overseeing its research publications and maintaining a regular presence at key shipping and commodities industry events. In 2008 Ralph moved to Banchero Costa's Beijing office to help strengthen the company's focus on Asian markets, and since April 2014 has been based in Singapore.
