Phrixos Papachristidis

Phrixos Papachristidis is the Chief Executive Officer of the Hellespont Group, a company recognized for providing services to the marine transportation industry. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts from New York University in 2005, Phrixos worked for Poten & Partners in New York for almost two years in the Marine Projects group. Since 2007/8, Phrixos has taken on various roles in the Hellespont Group including business development, marketing and execution of projects and contracts for the Group's ship owning and marine services activities. Phrixos assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer for the Hellespont Group in 2009.

The Hellespont Group has been active in shipping since 1946, providing marine transportation solutions as well as marine services including commercial management, technical management, construction supervision and crewing. Hellespont works with and/or provides services to charterers, owners, and operators worldwide through its offices in Hamburg, Athens, Singapore and Manila.
