Paul Katsouris

Paul Katsouris is a Partner at Stephenson Harwood, based in Athens, advising on maritime, offshore, trade and superyacht matters. He is dual-qualified in England & Wales and Greece, and is also licensed to practise in the United Arab Emirates.

He spent over 12 years based in the UAE before relocating to Greece, and works on ship and yacht sale and purchase, shipbuilding contracts, and litigation and arbitration under LMAA, DIAC, SIAC and LCIA rules. He was named in Seatrade Maritime's '20 under 40' list in 2025 and recognised as a Leading Associate in The Legal 500 EMEA UAE Guide, and is a founding member of the Hellenic Business Council in Dubai.

Katsouris has spoken at Mare Forum's 6th Mare Forum Mykonos, the 22nd Mare Forum Greece 2024 and the 4th Super Yacht Turkiye 2026.
