Nikolas Theodorou

Nikolas Theodorou has been Chief Strategy Officer at ABC Maritime AG since May 2021. He founded EQnomics Consulting in January 2015, and has served as Managing Director at Verifavia Shipping, specialising in carbon emissions verification, and as Director of Operations, Finance and Projects at renewable energy firm Enerpro Ltd. His earlier career included finance roles at Shell.

He holds an MSc in International Finance from the University of Surrey and a BSc (Hons) in Business Economics from Queen Mary University of London.

He spoke at eight Mare Forum events between 2022 and 2025, including Designing the Future of Shipping 4, the 7th Mare Forum Istanbul and the 23rd Mare Forum Greece 2025.
