Since October 2012, Nienke Blans has been head of ABN AMRO Transportation South Europe, responsible for clients south of the Dutch rivers. She has worked in ship finance since 2001 in various roles; from 2008 through 2012, she worked, first with Fortis and after the merger with ABN AMRO, in Singapore, where she was responsible for Korean and Singaporean clients. Nienke is a graduate of the Technical University of Delft in Maritime Engineering.
