Luisa Puccio

Luisa Puccio is Senior Director, Shipping Policy and Communications at the European Community Shipowners' Associations (ECSA), which she joined in 2020. She covers industry competitiveness, transport and logistics policy and trade and market access, and oversees ECSA's communications.

Before ECSA she spent around a decade as an EU affairs consultant in Brussels, including at ADS Insight and Weber Shandwick, working on maritime transport, sustainability and the circular economy. She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics and Management of Government and International Organizations from Bocconi University, Milan.

She is a panellist at the 25th Mare Forum Ship Finance 2026.
