Kevin O'Hara

In 2019 Kevin O'Hara was a Director at AMA Capital Partners, a New York-based boutique investment bank focused on the transportation and energy industries. He began his shipping finance career in 1997 at The First National Bank of Maryland, later working in banking at BNP Paribas, Fortis and DNB Bank, where he was Vice President in the Offshore team from 2004 to 2007. He rejoined AMA in 2012 and worked on restructurings including Toisa Ltd., Harkand, CMA CGM, Eitzen Chemical and ZIM.

He holds a BBA in Finance and International Business from Loyola University Maryland. In 2019 he served on the boards of Nor Offshore SPV, Ltd. and New York Maritime Inc. (NYMAR).

He spoke at Mare Forum Italy conferences, including the 8th (2012) and 9th (2013) editions, and the 1st Mare Forum Oslo (2019).
