Harris Antoniou

Harris Antoniou is founder and Managing Director of Neptune Maritime Leasing Ltd. He has more than 25 years' experience in finance and investment, having held senior executive positions spanning investment banking, asset-backed financing and structured debt and equity investment.

He is also founder of Codrus Capital AG and was involved in establishing Snappi, described as Greece's first fully digital bank, where he sits on the board. He is Vice Chairman of the Zug Commodity Association and a board member of HELMEPA. He holds an MSc in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University).

He has spoken at 30 Mare Forum events between 2006 and 2026, chairing the 3rd Mare Forum Commodity Trading and Shipping (2017) and the 9th Mare Forum Geneva (2026) and moderating ten sessions, including the 4th to 8th Mare Forum Geneva, and is a panellist at the 25th Mare Forum Ship Finance 2026.
