Fulko Roos is founder and Managing Director of Royal Roos, a Rotterdam-based marine and salvage engineering and fabrication company with a further office in Spain.
Under his leadership the company installed a shore-power system of up to 280 kW for seagoing vessels, part-funded through the EU REACT-EU ‘Kansen voor West’ programme. In November 2023 EU Commissioner Maroš Šefčovič visited the Rotterdam facility to see the project.
He was a panellist at the 1st Mare Forum Germany, held alongside SMM Hamburg on 31 August 2026.
