Emma Cawood

Emma Cawood is Managing Director, Finance & Treasury at Cetus Maritime, the Hong Kong-headquartered dry bulk owner and operator formed in 2023 by the merger of Asia Maritime Pacific and Hamburg Bulk Carriers. She heads the company's finance and treasury functions from its Hong Kong office.

She holds a joint honours degree in Law and Finance from the University of Aberdeen and has worked in commodities and shipping for more than a decade, including at BP, Noble and Cemcoa. She is a regular panellist on ship finance, speaking at Marine Money, the Norway Ship and Offshore Finance Forum and Capital Link's German Maritime Forum.

She is a panellist in Session 2, “Capital Strategies: Where Smart Money Moves Next”, at the 6th Mare Forum Hong Kong 2026.
