Eleni Poupaki

Eleni Poupaki is Senior Policy Adviser at the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, the ministry responsible for Dutch maritime policy through its Directorate-General for Aviation and Maritime Affairs.

She is a panellist at the 25th Mare Forum Ship Finance 2026, bringing the government and policy perspective to the discussion between shipowners and capital providers.
