Claudio Mordini

Claudio Mordini graduated in Environmental Engineering in 1997 with an experimental thesis performed at the Hydraulic Laboratory of the Civil Engineering Department. After a period of cooperation with the University of Genoa, gaining experience in physical and mathematical modeling in the field of maritime hydraulics, he joined the Environmental Group of D'Appolonia in 1999.

Since 2002 he has been Project Leader and Project Manager for Environmental Studies mainly in the field of energy, including oil & gas exploration and production, pipelines, power plants, LNG terminals, natural gas storage, renewable plants and waste-to-energy plants. He currently holds the position of Division Manager (Environment Division), covering environmental and social impact assessment, environmental audit and due diligence, environmental modeling and monitoring, site remedial investigation and assessment, design of remedial measures, sustainability studies, and energy and resource efficiency audits.
