Ariovaldo Rocha has served as President of SINAVAL, the Brazilian shipbuilding and offshore industry association, representing the sector in discussions on state support for local shipyards and Petrobras contracting policy.
He spoke at Mare Forum's 1st Mare Forum South America in 2011 and the 4th Mare Forum Brazil in 2014.
