Andrea MacMillan

Andrea MacMillan is a Director and Credit Advisor – Yachts in Bank of America's Global Wealth and Investment Management division, with 27 years in yacht finance. She structures financing for the purchase, refinance and construction of superyachts for clients of Bank of America Private Bank and Merrill Lynch, and advises clients and their advisors from the first plans for a yacht through to closing. Earlier she was a Corporate Finance Client Manager at Banc of America Securities, covering Energy & Power and Healthcare. She holds a BA from Bucknell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School, and is a keen one-design sailor.

She is a panellist at the 7th Super Yacht Americas 2026.
