Claude Daha has spent two decades in regulated technology, most of it in cybersecurity operations. As Chief Operating Officer of a European threat intelligence company he led global delivery to governments, defence ministries, national cyber security centres, critical infrastructure operators, and financial institutions, including national detection and early warning programmes. He advises AI, quantum computing, and dual-use defence companies, and provides senior European representation and regulatory coordination for non-EU technology firms entering the European market.
He is co-founder and CEO of Opus Logic, working on operational resilience for mission-critical infrastructure through execution control: the layer that governs what is allowed to change on live IT and OT systems, and proves afterwards what was done.
He has run operations and market entry across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, including managing a trading and logistics business in Shanghai and establishing regional operations in the Gulf, and structures cross-border consortia between European and Asian markets. Based in the Netherlands.
